Ce restaurant est excellent. Le fait de proposer peu de plats est la preuve que tout est préparé maison et au dernier moment. Nous avons apprécié aussi, bien les plats de cuisine typiquement française que les plats vietnamiens. Ayant également séjourné à l'hôtel La Chaumière pour plusieurs nuits, nous avons apprécié le confort de ce 3 étoiles rénové, le silence des chambres, la courtoisie du propriétaire et du personnel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est superbe et de très bonne qualité. Une excellente adresse à Quillan à recommander sans hésiter.

Excellent place and very well placed to visit the Castles. Our groups of students in internal work and personal development enjoyed this magnificent hotel, where we were very well rested and eaten, after long days of visits to castles and Cathar lands. Thanks for your welcome 'La Chaumière'
