Let's start with the positive with a magnificent setting in this bay of Campomoro! A real little corner of paradise in a quiet area without a car. The rooms have a splendid view, and the catering is just incredible. Michel the cook masters the art of sublimating dishes. Half board is varied with quality products. The small reservations are about the accessorization of the rooms (only one socket, no hook to hang jackets, lack of storage, no room fridge... in short a lack of equipment which requires a little refreshment. Finally, the breakfast is sorely lacking in variety and Corsican products. Each morning was punctuated by coppa and slices of Emmental, butter croissant, bread, jam and fromag...
Returned a couple of times on a family holiday after eating here in 2016. It's just as good and overall the best place on the beautiful bay of Campomoro. The menu is simple but for lunch this place is near-impossible to fault. Salads, pizzas, a very good value menu du jour with a lovely selection of simple home-made desserts, nice options for the kids, all served on a shady terrace that gives a lovely break from the heat of the beach. Highly recommended.
This is a wonderful restaurant which gets very, very busy. When we ate we went for lunch the local dorado (bream) was superb. Couldn't fault the desserts of creme brûlée or pannacotta either. Service was attentive but not rushed. A lovely restaurant well worth the drive from Propriano or the local surrounding towns.
Le Ressac is not located near the beach but that said for me that’s the only downsides of the restaurant. The dishes they serve taste great and the portions are for sure big enough. If you would need to choose a restaurant in Campomoro I would suggest Le Ressac.

Very nice place for a vacation. Spacious rooms with views or not. Restaurant that offers scented and inventive cuisine.
