We stayed for the nights. We had reserved a table for dinner. It was located in such a NO-DO that, despite some curtains, cold, very cold air passed through. They changed us after much protest. Dinner, we chose a single dish, was average. Served very slowly. BAD experience that continued at breakfast. The buffet was very limited. Nobody informed us what we could take. When ordering another coffee, the waiter TOLD us. the cups!!!! The staff was attentive to listen to us, but it did not improve. We paid €30 not to have breakfast like we had had at other Relais Chateaux. Noteworthy details: Very, very expensive breakfast. Nobody speaks Spanish. Deficient Restoration.
We had a wonderful stay in this great old 17th century manor house and were looked after charmingly. The hotel only has 20 rooms. The art on display is also worth seeing. All the employees were very friendly. The rooms are very large by French standards. Both restaurants are also worth a visit. At first glance, the breakfast buffet doesn't seem that extensive, but you can still order some things a la carte. You should also know that the hotel cannot be reached directly by car. Our stay at Hotel Richer de Belleval has been exceptional! The staff was incredibly attentive to Louise and us.
