Wir hatten ein schönes Familienwochenendmittagessen hier und obwohl es zu Beginn ein kleines Missverständnis bei der Bestellung gab (am besten hier auf Deutsch sprechen), war die Erfahrung wirklich großartig. Das Servicepersonal schien etwas unterbesetzt zu sein, aber sie haben ihr Bestes gegeben und sogar sehr guten Wein serviert. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, besonders die Wange mit Risotto, aber auch ihr hausgemachter Hamburger und die ultimative Schweizer Spezialität, das wirklich goldbraune Zürcher Geschnetzelte. Das Hotel/Restaurant befindet sich auch direkt am Hauptplatz, so dass es einfachen Zugang vor oder nach den Sehenswürdigkeiten in dieser wirklich kostbaren Stadt bietet.
Nice location in the heart of Schwyz. Very tasty food with a good choice for vegetarian plates as well, beautifully presented and nicely accompanied with regional as well as international wines. The atmosphere of the room is a little bit too cold at least over lunch, maybe in the evening it is cosier. The restaurant has an exceptional winter garden overlooking the main square. Highly recommended if only for a drink. In the restaurant Wysses Rossli you can definitely still breath the well-known Swiss hospitality.
We are regulars and have lunch at the Wysses Rossli at least 3 times every week. The creativity of the chef never fails to amaze us. They hardly repeat any dish and the food is so nicely and carefuly prepared - it is hands down the best in Schwyz. The staff is also fantastic and service is flawless. If you are in Schwyz for a day or two, do not miss this restaurant.
Das Hotel war schön und gemütlich. Die Dame an der Rezeption war hilfsbereit und ihr Englisch war sehr gut. Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Schwyz. Wenn Sie Ihr eigenes Auto haben, ist das Parken in der Garage die beste Option. Das Restaurant ist ein wenig überheblich, aber...das Essen war gut, abgesehen von den öligen Rösti. Während draußen der Schnee fiel, schauten wir auf eine köstliche heiße Schokolade vorbei und stellten dann fest, dass wir uns eigentlich mehr Zeit hätten nehmen sollen, um ein wunderschön präsentiertes Essen zu genießen, was wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Schwyz sicherlich einplanen werden
Sehr gut zubereitetes Schweizer Essen. Rösti, Spätzli, Schweinefleisch, Bratwurst und der französische Salat waren gut, aber ich würde aufhören zu sagen, dass sie außergewöhnlich sind. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre auch mit Sitzgelegenheiten in einem offenen und kinderfreundlichen Bereich.
We popped in for a delicious hot chocolate while the snow was tumbling down outside, only to discover that we should actually have made more time available to enjoy a beautifully presented meal, which we will certainly plan for on our next visit to Schwyz

Schwyz is a beautiful place and the Wysses Rossli restaurant in well located and provides outstanding food and service. The presentation is excellent and the choice including gluten free dishes is outstanding.
