We had a few mishaps with our room, but everything was handled excellently. This is the most beautiful building and the bar; restaurants and breakfast were all 5*. I can’t wait to come back and frankly I didn’t want to leave. Melanie in the bar, jassymine in the valet (sp? and nazim (sp? in the reception were all above and beyond.
Exquisite place! : Intercontinental Grand Hotel Dieu, Commercial Centre in particular fine restaurants, move pick and coffee shops), the garden Le Jardin du Cloitre), the Chapel. A real treasure right in the very heart of downtown Lyon!
Phenomenal service, one of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had. Service throughout the stay was exceptional. Location, cleanliness, services and amenities all top notch. This will be the go-to stay in Lyon.
