Nous avons pris le menu Epicurien à 112€, afin de se faire une véritable idée de cette adresse : -Mise en bouche asperge, courge-cacahuette, olives Ces petites gourmandises sont à tomber par terre. -Le foie gras de canard, artichauts roquette et panisse. Pour moi il manquait quelques chose une gelée ou un condiment pour twister le tout et élever...
