Hotrocks Flame Grill

Absolute shambles...booked a table a week prior for my family and we all turned up they didn't put it in as a booking..the waitresses bless them are way too young and have not one idea of what they are doing...virtually everything I ordered I had to remind twice three times and to top it all I got food poisoning from the spare ribs...all in all Absolutely worst experience ever Gordon Ramsey would think this is hell...steer clear

I visited Hotrocks on Friday 19th Feb as part of a party of 11 people. Everyone was very happy with the amazing service from Carlos Diego. Carlos looked after our table all night making sure we had enough drinks and that our food was delivered to the table on time. All the food was lovely and the portion sizes were very generous. Will definitely be visiting again, thoroughly enjoyed my food the overall experience

Great family meal here depsite them being incredibly understaffed at the time.One waiter for the whole restaurant, utterly charming and gave us the best service.Food was great, though be warned portions are very big! A few of us had the Portuguese steaks with egg, and I had the garlic prawns which were delicious. Would highly recommended coming here.

Big obrigada to the staff at hotrocks. Went last night with my partner fantastic food and drink service fantastic. Shame other eatery s near by dont hav the same customer service

Most of the food was missing, restaurants very unprofessional and rude staff when call regarding order, food was not worth the money charged.. would never order again
