This place was literally filthy. From the stains on the floor to the build-up of dust on multiple surfaces. There is smoking allowed. However, there is a lingering oder of stale smoke (is the ventilation broken? and spilled rancid alcohol, and it engulfs you when you enter. I have been to many other hotshots locations, and they do not have anywhere near the same level of neglect this one does. Service was good, but there were only two ladies covering the entire bar, one of which was the bartender. We love coming up here. We love the staff and atmosphere. Me and my family are very upset about the point system and how Keith, the GM) has not done much to help anyone on this matter. He put $20 on our point card even though we have been up here multiple multiple times. We are not the only ones who have had this issue. I understand the change in location and computer systems being changed. This is something scandalous and something doesn’t seem right. How are our point cards all of a sudden going inactive and have to be reinstated and not have all those points and transactions. The last time my card said it was used was a month ago. As soon as you walk in, this place has a dirty vibe. They allow smoking here, which doesn't bother me too much. However, the table we sat at was sticky. I wouldn't even recommend using the bathrooms; both were in terrible condition. The food was decent— we ordered tacos and wings. The wings had good sauce but were overcooked. I suggest heading to the Fenton or Webster Groves locations instead; they are much better.
The food was really good. I got the pizza which was fantastic!! My wife got the shrimp wrap which she said was really good. The service was ok. Was kind of hard to track down our waitress at times. Atmosphere was good with the Chiefs/Bills playoff game going on. We even played a few games of pool.

Hot shots is nothing without Vanna. She was the absolute best server, always made sure everything was right, and gave great service. Your loss for sure. I will not be back.
Great spot. Awesome specials. The bartender was great. I don't smoke but it's one of the few places left you can smoke inside.
Kenzi and Kara are the best, I experienced the best service. Some of the best drinks I’ve ever had. And great priced.
Fun place with lots of dart boards and pool tables. But didn't stay long because the indoor smoking was killing me.
