Most important besides the food is the service at this location specifically a long term server named Coleen D. She is a consummate professional and one of the only reasons we keep coming back. She knows your preferences and serves with a smile is on top of timing of the food and making sure that we are satisfied throughout the meal. From the friendly welcome at the door , additional smile and welcome by Alfredo, our awesome waitress Christine (assisted by Amanda) , and additional bussing staff, our evening out was wonderful! Two in our party ordered appetizers- chicken tortilla soup and Houlihan's famous Shrooms. Both raved about their choices! For our entrees, three of us ordered prime rib. All agreed that the temperature was perfect and the meat was very juicy , flavorful, and tender. The other two diners ordered scallops and baby back ribs. I love coming to Houlihan’s and their birthday coupons are and have been the best for years. We went last night for dinner because I love their prime rib and I always get it the same. Our server, Marissa , was exceptional and great with us. Even though she was busy and the only one working our section, she was very attentive and we didn’t have to wait long. Give that woman a raise!!! She was so good we tipped her 25% because she deserved it. We never felt rush or forgotten. Thank you Marissa!!! Everything food wise was excellent. You must try their crab and shrimp dip; it was sooooooo good. My girlfriend asked why don’t we go there more often? After last night we definitely will.
Very pleased with every aspect of this Restaurant. Our server, Coleen was exceptional. We watched the floor manager named Al check on every table some customers know him by name. I had a question about my dietary restrictions and menu ingredients and Staci Stacey came right out to address my ingredients question. All in all a very pleasant dinning experience that will cause us to return to this restaurant. Dietary restrictions: With allergies I must be careful in what I order. Where a kitchen manager is willing to come out to directly answer my questions, I’m happy. You will be too.

I asked for two honey mustards and they only gave me one. How hard is it to include two sauces? Are you that cheap, Houlihan's owner? I'm already paying nearly 20 dollars for a chicken sandwich and I can go to Chick-fil-A for only 8 dollars and get as many sauces as I like. I know you saw my request for two honey mustards because the sandwich doesn't even come with honey mustard. But no, you had to cheap out and only give me one, as if honey mustard is some kind of precious gold that must be rationed. I hope you feel good about the ten cents of honey mustard you saved. SMH.
Normally don't eat chicken in a restaurant, but their Tuscany Lemon Chicken is very good. This time I swapped out the chicken with shrimp. It was delicious. Everything I eat at this restaurant is very good, can't go wrong with anything you order.
The hostess was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Our waiter was attentive and gave us ample time to choose from the diverse menu. He made excellent recommendations and always greeted us with a smile.
This restaurant offers high-quality appetizers and entrees. A must-try appetizer is the bacon-wrapped shrimp. They also have fantastic happy hour deals on both drinks and food.
