As for the food, my girlfriend and I started with samosas and a chicken dish she wanted to try. The samosa was filled with ground beef and peas, but had a slightly off smell. The chicken dish was breaded and unremarkable. For our main courses, I ordered lamb curry and chicken tikka masala. The garlic naan was doughy and uninspiring. The portion sizes were small for the price and the quality of the dishes was mediocre. Overall, I prefer the Indian food in Queens and would not return to this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, I had a feeling that this would not be a great dining experience. It took us quite some time to be seated, and once we were finally seated, it took 20 minutes to receive silverware and another 20 minutes to get water. We never had a dedicated waiter at our table, and the overall dining experience lasted over 2 hours. If you're in a hurry, I would not recommend eating here. While the food we received wasn't terrible, the slow service left a sour taste in my mouth. The variety platter was something I would not order again, as the fried food was heavy and dry. You may leave feeling unwell after this meal.
