I put an order in 8/6 with an expected delivery of 7pm. they called me around 6:30 to let me know that they don 't deliver that far to me house, I verified that they canceled the order and that I 'd get my money back. A week late 8/14 I notice that I never got my money, I called them and the manager George Said that he 's been trying every single day but they refund keeps declining, For one George answered the phone with no greeting and a cavalier snobby attitude and Odd that 's he 's been trying to give me my money back daily but didn 't call me once, He said they were waiting for me to call. Extremely unprofessional. Never again.
This place…so good! Unanimous that their crust is one of the best we’ve ever had. It’s a crispy crust and baked to perfection. Sauce was so tasty should be sold on the counter to take some home with you. Wings were also cooked just right. We loved that there is a bar inside as well with choices of beer in tap, bottled beers mixed drinks too. We certainly enjoyed this meal as we were visiting Lancaster, PA. Excellent pizza place!!! Parking: We walked to this restaurant from our Air BNB that was about 1/2 mile away. We didn’t see a lot of street parking. There were a lot of people eating inside plenty of takeout too.
We are visiting from out of town and decided to order delivery from the Marriott downtown last night. I spoke with someone who I believe was the owner, and he was very kind and helpful while taking my order. The pizza arrived right on time, still hot, and it was absolutely delicious! We ordered two pizzas, cheese bread, and fried mushrooms, and everything was amazing. Our two little kids loved it as well! I highly recommend this place to anyone in town or visiting Lancaster. It's the best pizza we've had in a long time! Five stars!
We are regulars at HOP and usually find the pizza to be excellent. However, tonight (7/7/24), we ordered the cheesesteak pizza, and it was terrible. The crust tasted old, as if it had been sitting on the shelf and was just thrown into the oven with toppings. We were very disappointed and hope this isn’t a sign of a decline in quality. We ended up throwing the pizza away. I never thought bad pizza could exist, but apparently it does.

Grabbed a late night bite here while staying at the nearby Holiday Inn with a friend, and we enjoyed our cheese and pepperoni pizza! Nice little place with plenty of seating and a good variety of Italian dishes and desserts!
Horrible customer service refused to fix my order/ give me what I actually ordered told me I was wrong and hung up on me twice! Wouldn't recommend the guy answering the phone is very rude
In town for work. Wanted a simple dinner. Chicken Salad sandwich. Nailed it. Great ice tea also. Very fast. Great place!
They don't even deserve one star. This place used to be great, what a shame. Definitely wouldn't order from them again.
