As for the sides, we chose sweet potatoes, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese. All sides were served in large paper cups, which was a bit unusual. The sweet potatoes and coleslaw were good, but the mac and cheese was a letdown; it tasted like cheap cheese melted over macaroni.
For dessert, we ordered two options. The brownie a la mode was disappointing because the brownie was cold and quite hard. The peach cobbler was just okay. Additionally, while there was a bar, we found there was no drink menu available, which was surprising. It’s hard to believe a barbecue restaurant wouldn’t have cornbread on the menu. Overall, the experience was mixed, with a few highlights but several letdowns.
The food was quite ordinary, and there’s nothing that would entice us to return. It arrived promptly, but unfortunately, it was served at room temperature rather than hot. We did enjoy the brisket, though. The atmosphere was marred by loud, dispiriting country music, and the use of plastic cups and paper trays didn't help either. The staff appeared tired and lethargic, giving the place a lackluster vibe. Given what we spent, it really wasn’t worth it.
First time at House of Que and it will not be our last! We came over right after snowboarding at Big Snow (steps away perfect to refuel! and were seated immediately. Our server, Christian, was PHENOMENAL. We are looking forward to our next visit the Texas roll and pork belly are absolute must try’s!
We truly enjoyed everything at House of Que. The food was delicious and they give a lot of food. Drinks were beyond yummy and our waitress was awesome! We can’t wait to go back. Sooo Good!

The prices are way too high for what you get! The queso was terrible, and the burgers were just downright disgusting.
We went on a Thursday after noon when the mall was open. Our server was excellent and the food was amazing.
Staff was great. Food was terrible. A the corn bread was hard as a rock. The ribs were cold. Terrible.
