I usually don't write reviews, and I know that restaurants are underused because of the pandemic. I'll give this place because it was good when I sent it back. I ordered lamb tandoori, which comes in every other Indian restaurant always on a splashy hot plate with boiled swirls and paprika. the waiter put it on the table on a plate. the lamb was raw and cold as the sweet. He seemed very confused when I asked him to cook them and make sure that the temperature was hot. it came hot and boiled back, except the veggies were still uncooked. that was good for my man korma.
We were on time for our reservation and were greeted and seated right away. The server came right over to start our experience. We ordered appetizers and the main course and the appetizers were delivered in five minutes. The main course was delivered timely and the portions were healthy and delicious. The music was great and just enough volume to allow conversation at our table but not overhear others. We will definitely come again.
I had an incredible dining experience at this Indian restaurant! The Tikka Masala was simply outstanding, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The Mango Lassi was a delightful complement to the meal, offering a refreshing and sweet contrast. Overall, a must-visit for anyone who appreciates authentic and delicious Indian cuisine!

the room is lower, so now as attractive as other companies in the newton center, but the eating is delicious and the service is excellent. highly recommended.
