But unlike traditional ready to eat food these, get your ingredients and then give them to be cooked on a plank grill. This means you can go hard on protein fats carbohydrates or vegetables. I personally loved the fact that you can add zucchini noodles. This automatically made my dishes much healthier than normal noodles.
