Unfortunately, our original server never returned to check on us, even when we tried to get her attention. She also never refilled my coffee. The worst moment came when we were ready to pay; our server stood at the register, just staring at us. My husband asked if there was a problem, and she responded that she was waiting on us. He replied that he was waiting for her to tell him the cost. She then said it was on the receipts (which there were three of), and she was still waiting on us. During my visit from Florida, I decided to stop by Huddle House, and I'm glad I did! I had the pleasure of meeting Tanisha, Greg, Katie, and Veronica. Greg was an excellent cook and managed to handle the large crowd that arrived all at once with ease. Tanisha efficiently took care of all the tables without a single complaint from guests about her or Greg. The next day, I returned and was greeted by Katie and Veronica. These two ladies were incredibly sweet and attentive, ensuring I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back to this Huddle House and look forward to seeing the familiar faces of this fantastic team. Overall, it was a great experience!
Paid $30 for an awful experience. Really disappointed I tried to eat a late breakfast with my husband it took them over an hour to get our food the waitress didn’t even get my order right and when I brought it up she wanted to argue with me about what I ordered, Instead of fixing the issue, horrible customer service. My husbands pancakes was burnt. They didn’t give us the condiments we needed for our waffles and pancakes. We had to ask a lot for what we needed. I’m really disappointed in this location. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for a better experience. They wasn’t busy either.

I was absolutely impressed with the service I received from this restaurant clean and very friendly environment the staff is amazing !!! The cook Gwen knows her way around in the kitchen the food was absolutely delicious !!! Not to mention Courtney, Red , Tya , they had great attitude and was sure my order was right I will definitely be back again and again awesome service you will not be disappointed!!! Food: 5
Horrible, management needs to check their attitude towards the customers or find a new line of work. Store was nasty and the bathroom was even worse would hate to see the back where the customers can't see. Health dept will be contacted!
