Hudock's Frozen Custard Stand

I had passed Hudock's on my way out of Salem and noticed everyone eating on the picnic tables outside on that sunny afternoon and said to myself that I had to try this place. I am so happy that I stopped. Hudock's is such a Jersey experience from the food to the service to the overall attitude of the place. Also their prices are really cheap and that goes a long way in this economy. I decided on a foot long hot dog with mustard and relish and a Coke and I swear it was one of the best hot dogs that I have ever had and I eat at Nathan's in Coney Island all the time. Nice little place to grab a quick meal. Stopped on the way to the beach with some friends. I went with the footlong hot dog, the Bellybuster, then split some fries and my wife had the grilled ham and cheese. Everything was simple in a good way. For the Bellybuster I went with cheese, fried onions, pickles, and tomato. The fries were done just right. Now I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way, but coming nearby and needing a meal, it's worth a stop.

Its been a part of my summer since childhood, a tradition and has memories. l love your cheese steaks, belly busters, Cubans and cheese fries, and black and white milkshakes. Friendly employees. Maddie W. is my favorite employee!!! The Hudocks are wonderful!!!!!

The belly buster burger was a bait and switch with way too much bun and a small burger. It wasn't good. The hot dog was excellent though. Water Ice was good and custard was average. The space is pretty cool with plenty on tables.

Nasty it is not good to eat nobody needs to eat this it is not what it seems like it even looks nasty
