Hudson Co - Tisch reservieren

My daughter suggested Hudson Co Bar and Restaurant for my date night with hubby!! We made reservations! Loved it!! Fantastic views of NY even though the sky was grey! Great vibes! We got there early enjoyed drinks at the bar! It was Happy Hour! Great drink and app selection! Plan to come back for Happy Hour! We were seated in the main dining area with great views! Our Server Corey was attentive, knew menu well and checked in on us! So glad he recommended the special sea bass! It was deliciously amazing! So much flavor! Highest compliments to the Chef! Corey indicated Chef considering put this special on the regular menu!! Yes! Absolutely Yes! Hubby’s pork chop was tender and tasty! Crème brû...

Room is nice. Appetizers were very good. A few misses on this visit, though. Seemed the kitchen was off its game. The entree special (Sea Bass) arrived at the table after a long wait and it wasn’t even lukewarm. Following a suggestion from our server, my wife substituted real pasta for the zucchini strings but when the dish arrived, it was the zucchini strings. We had waited so long for the food to come out that she just ate it.

Siempre disfruto ir a Hudson Co, el servicio es excelente, la comida es muy rica y el ambiente es muy bueno, no hay exceso de ruido. Te sientes tan bien que ni te das cuenta de que pasa a tu alrededor. He celebrado cumpleaños y aniversario y siempre salgo encantada!! 100 de 10!!!

We celebrated my Mom’s birthday at Hudson Co. The staff accommodated our seating request for the beautiful view of the skyline. Our waitress Lorena was wonderful and the food was outstanding!
