I rarely write bad reviews, but my food experience was not good. Dinner here was not as expected. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things off the menu or it was just that bad. My husband and I came here on a whim since we had limited options and wanted a place we could sit down and eat. First off the restaurant was almost completely empty with a few people sitting in the bar area. We ordered the Nashville hot chicken and waffles and the fried chicken plate that came with mashed potatoes with gravy and collard greens (which I swapped out for Mac and cheese since it had a pork base) and brownie sundae for dessert. I've been here for a few years. I had a great service here and I had a bad service here. I was here in the past, where the food went wrong and not as I ordered it. I was also here and sat at the booth for 18-20 minutes without anyone coming to the table to take my drink order, let alone my food. The manager offered me a free appetizer. Seriously?!, free food is not the answer to bad service or a lack of service). Tonight, I have my check for $38.00 ish dollars and if they order the check for the wrong table $66.00 ish dollars. The waiting staff was played in a stand on their phones and employed to serve their customers. It's no wonder Metrotainment closes the restaurants. I am sorry to leave...

We ordered appetizers and asked if she wanted to go ahead and receive the order for the main dish, we did not know how experienced or level of service she could serve!!! Food came super fast, with appetizers, my drink came after all the foodWith appetizers, we could not even enjoy, one of them would be cold …Manager came and asked, we told him about , he blamed on the system. We blame on the quality ofService, again… if you want to enjoy a dinner, not the place to go !

I have dine here off n on for several years this experience today on Sunday was by far the most fantastic… Our server Alex A Did an awesome job taking care of us of in a quick and friendly manner
