I just threw a surprise 40th birthday for my wife there. It was phenomenal throughout everything, from setting it up and all the way through the party. The food is great whether serving 74 people like we had or eating there for lunch or dinner with a few people. The beer selection is outstanding and finally the ones who make it all happen are by far second to none. I would recommend this place to anyone for an afteroon or night out and also for parties. My experiences with both situations were awesome. Thanks guys!
Service was horrendous. Not sure if it was the language barrier or just the lack of care from both server and management. They added things to the bill because of a person from our party going to the bar after waiting 20 minutes) and paying at the bar, “just because” in their words. Threatened to remove us because of this bar visit then, added 20% to “A large party of 3.”Saving grace was security that knew someone in our party and vouched. The worst, especially on vacation. Additional Saving grace…The Food.
Super cool spot in Jersey City. My friend had a pre wedding get together here, and we had a great time. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere is really cool too. It has a bunch of gigantic screens if you’re watching live sports, but they’re mounted really high so you can keep conversations going without getting distracted.
We don't often come across such exquisite cocktails in Jersey City, but this bar definitely impressed us with their delightful and flavorful creations. After we ordered our drinks, we were told that we should leave although it was 12:15 AM on Friday night (which is supposed to be open until 1 AM) and we still had more than half of the drinks left. So apparently they close whenever they want. If you want to close, you shouldn’t get any orders then. This is not acceptable…Service: 1/5
This is a fun place to hangout. Especially during games. Food and drinks selections are good, plenty and they rotate their taps very often. Waitstaff and service is always good. Do check out the annex next door where they have stand ups or events sometimes. That’s a cool place as well.
Great pastrami sandwich and beer selection. Also had the perogies and cheddar bratwurst. Definitely worth it! We stopped by their grand opening on Friday. Great service. Any wait to go again!
