Cash only. The best banh mi according to Eater and it did not disappoint. The bread is freshly baked and the ingredients are fresh. The #1 comes in a roll while the #11 is a baguette. The #1 is classic while the #11 has less bread in each bite. It would be better if they layered the ingredients better, all the greens like cilantro and jalapenos were pushed to one side.The service is fast. The atmosphere is bare bones but inviting.
The house special banh mi I ordered tasted great. Right up until I was about to take a bite and I saw a long grey hair in the middle of the sandwich. A 5 star experience turned into 2 stars (I’m being generous). They need to implement better hygiene and food safety policies in the future.

The best bread ever for bahn mi! Plenty of other vietnamese snacks, pho and sandwiches. The Thai tea is amazing and try their sweet rice in banana leaf ?
After searching all of LA, this place has the best banh mi’s. The meat and vegetables are fresh, the bread is great, and it’s so affordable.
Best curry chicken with bread in SGV. Also if you need a sandwich on the go, get the house special banh mi and coffee!
Wow. Absolutely stellar pork Bahn Mi and Kho Ga La Chanh. Incredible flavors. This place deserves more press.
