Having been here many months ago for a quick takeaway coffee , thought I would try some lunch . Cafe was very busy , most tables and eating benches were taken . I was met at the front counter by a abrupt young lady , seems she could not really care about what i was ordering only to move me along quickly . She seemed annoyed that I was not sure about my order . I decided in the minestrone soup and Rye bagel with a coffee . It took roughly around 20 mins for my soup to arrive with the bagel . Still no coffee . The young man who delivered my lunch to the bench basically through down the plate and grumbled something . Soup was ok , although a little sweet . I personally did not enjoy the taste of the bagels, as they were too chewy for my liking. I believe this may not be specific to this particular store. The coffee was satisfactory and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a fancy and new appearance, and the service was prompt with ample staff available. However, the chicken was dry and not tender, and the smoked salmon did not have a smoky flavor. Additionally, the sizes of the three different bagels we ordered varied, with some being large and others small.
I've been there 3 times and came back because of the quality if the food (very tasty and great variety) but each time service has been very poor. The last yime, we were waiting outside for our order to be ready and after a while we came back inside to see our order just sitting on the counter, getting cold, and no one bothered telling us it was ready. We tried again and agin but won't go back.I don't like going to place that don't make you feel welcome!
I go here regularly with a girlfriend as we love the bagels! My Aunty introduced me and I have go back countless times. Bagels are always lovely, wait time has improved from other reviews I have seen. I dont rate the hot chocolate personally but the juices are good. Sometimes feel like staff are a little uninterested, a smile wouldn't be bad from them sometimes but will continue to go because the bagels are great! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
my partner is from new york and apparently, nowhere does bagels like (long island NY), we've been in Melbourne for 3 months now, and craving bagels.... we came across huff and we were pleasantly surprised!!!!! the bagels are SO NICE and even my partner agrees. we also love love love the chai almond lattes!!!! staff have always been attentive and friendly.
The coffee at this restaurant is fantastic and the bagels are incredibly delicious. I tried the onion poppy bagel with ham, egg, cheese, and beetroot relish and absolutely loved it. My partner ordered the ham, cheese, and avocado hollandaise bagel and also thoroughly enjoyed it. The prices are very reasonable for such tasty food.
The restaurant always offers a wide variety of delicious bagel options. My personal favorite is the number 10, which includes roasted vegetables. It is absolutely delicious. The coffee is great and the service is prompt, even during busy times.

Great food!!!!The interior design is very minimalist, simple and peaceful. The food is great and not too expensive. A lovely place for a coffee or a quick lunch. Super friendly staffs.
