I strongly advise against ordering online for pickup at this restaurant. I've been working in the area for four years, and every time I place an online order and arrive for pickup, I end up waiting 5 to 10 minutes just to get someone to acknowledge my presence at the counter. There's rarely anyone at the front, and the staff in the back seem oblivious to customers waiting for their orders. I've often had to shout into the back to retrieve my online order. This has been my experience every single time over the past four years, so it's clearly not a temporary issue. It was hot outside around 5 PM, and after a long drive, I decided to go in and place an order. When I opened the door and entered, there was one man ahead of me. He asked the woman if he could place his order, but she responded rudely, saying they weren't even accepting customers inside. Both the other customer and I exchanged stunned looks. Apparently, the lobby was supposed to be closed, but we didn't know since the door was unlocked during business hours.
I want to praise Zaid and Oleksii for their friendly and helpful attitude. They’re fantastic employees! In a time when many millennials seem uninterested in working, they truly stood out and were a breath of fresh air. They clearly enjoy their jobs and work hard for both their manager and the customers. It’s a pleasure to see such dedication.
The employees are awful here. Especially Corey, he didn’t know what my order was, literally threw sauce packets at me and I had to beg for a bag. I asked for the managers name and only one person knew it. Diane. The employees don’t even know their own boss name. I now understand why this Taco Bell is always empty

The staff at Humbertos Taco Shop are really friendly. Most nights, they give you a great deal with generous portions of cheese, lettuce, and meat. However, during the day, the cheese is often very sparse—it feels a bit stingy considering how inexpensive the ingredients are.
After eating 1 of my 3 tacos I came to the realization that the shells were rancid and I became sick for a few days. They didn't have the new blast flavor I had wanted to try. However, the employee working the drive through was very kind.
Every time I go through this location, they always mess up my order and never give me everything I ordered. Real quick to take our money and won't refund for anyone.
Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes only for them to cancel our order, no apology, no trying to make anything right.

We order from Door Dash all of our food was so gross. Please check ur order before its goes out to ur customers
