I recently visited Huncho House on 9/17/23 after eagerly waiting almost two months for a reservation and hearing positive reviews from some friends. Unfortunately, I found the experience to be overhyped and quite disappointing. We had planned a date night, but the service was lacking. Our waitress, Paris, was abrupt and unhelpful. The food did not live up to expectations at all. The crispy shrimp appetizer was soggy and the batter fell off easily. The stuffed oysters contained very little actual oyster.
