So I called on the phone to make my order and the guy who answered me was so rude to me I told him I wanted breakfast special, the pancakes, eggs and bacon and a second order of frits and chicken strips. I understand that I didn't say it right and I apologize for him, but he was still rude and even told me to go somewhere else and hang up the phone. I'm as disappointed as I was treated before I went to the restaurant. When I arrived, I ordered the breakfast special and I got two burgers I never asked. I love hungry guys burgers but my experience today makes them lose a loyal customer!!!
Food is great. One of the cashiers is very friendly. Don't know her name, but she has green eyes. The owner is an a**hole. He's dismissive and rude to the customers. I had a personal conversation with him where he put down his own customers. I only go there because my mother sends me there to get her food and I get some as well. Otherwise I wouldn't go there.
Had a cheese burger combo and colossal burger and the food was great. The problem is the price. Total came out to $30. That’s insane amount for a drive thru experience, was a tip added there or how is a $30 price justified. If you have deep pockets and want a solid burger then this is your place, for the rest of us, maybe it’s not the place for you.
while eating is really good, the prices here have become angry. only for an omelet it costs you about $15. the woman with the green eyes is a wonderful worker and she is very friendly. the owner of the restaurant could take less care of its customers, really comes as an idiot. Fresh warm food. Saftburger and well made Fritten. Great customer service anywhere. My first visit was less than a week ago. The first impression is everything!
