Hungry Howie's Pizza

It looks like the person responding to these reviews really values feedback, so I want to share my thoughts: the food should arrive hot or at least warm. When I place an order, it often comes missing an ingredient. I recently had some stuffed pepperoni bread, and I could count only about 5-8 pepperonis for the entire item—no exaggeration. It turned out to be mostly cheesy bread, and I felt like the protein was really lacking. Additionally, the way it was sliced made it impossible to separate the pieces, which was quite inconvenient. Ordered a pizza on a Friday night for a couple hungry kids . The pizza was delivered on time, but cold (mind you I live less than a mile from the location). I for the kids situated and noticed something was odd about he pizza. no sauce? i called and explained the situation. mimd you i had to have it delivered in the first place. i could hear the manager talking to the employee on the phone.... unless i drove back to the store with the pizza tonight, there would be nothing they could do. First and only time ill be ordering from them. Terrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very poor customer service. The two employees I spoke with both had an attitude and one even hung up on me the first time I called. All I wanted was to change a dipping sauce for my bread that I ordered. Not a hard change. I can see why it’s only a 3 star rating. Poor excuse for employees. How can we get this place shut down. 100% agree drive the extra 4 minutes to Lincoln Park.

My first time at this restaurant, I received burnt bread and the wrong pizza, although the app messed up my order. On Valentine's Day, too. Can't recommend this one sorry.
