Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had not just this time but last 3 times. One would think that the guy that claims to be a general manager would know how to talk to customers that has spent as much money as I have over the last 10years. This guy works nights. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience. I've frequently ordered the Buffalo wings here, and they've usually been quite good. However, during my last two visits, the chicken was undercooked, and the Buffalo sauce had a gelatinous consistency. I was disappointed!

The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were welcoming. I ordered the Greek Salad, but they had run out of Greek dressing, so I chose Italian dressing instead. The food was fresh and tasty! Great job to the team at my local Seffner Hungry Howie's!

I ordered the $9.99 small and drink combo. When I picked up the pizza I was charged $13.98 despite the advertised price and was told coupons no longer apply. Despite what they advertise. This small pepperoni pizza and drink is NOT worth $13.98. lol
The pizza was underwhelming and had a stale taste. We ordered takeout for dinner, and the service was just okay. The meal cost between $10 and $20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as 2 out of 5.
