The girl who took our order was extremely rude. Could not comprehend our order but preceded to tell us we were wrong about what we wanted. No surprise our order was wrong. The order was one large pizza half of it just pepperoni and the other half meat lovers. Asked two different kinds of dipping sauces. Only got one dipping sauce. Didn't feel like going back and attempting to get our order corrected would do anything but get our food spit in, just from the attitude the girl at the front desk was giving off, we just left. I ordered my teenager a sub to be delivered for lunch. The delivery person could not find the house. They took it upon themselves to deliver it to the wrong house even though they knew it was the wrong address. Then when I called the store they tell me my son is going to have to wait another hour on top of the hour he already had to wait for a driver to get back to deliver him another sub. Then when I got frustrated and told them that is unacceptable the snotty, girl on the phone hung up on me. I will not be going back there and I recommend that no one else does either. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
Jeff was fantastic! I could tell he played a key role in ensuring my order was just right and delivered with care. I received all my sauces and sodas as requested. He introduced himself and was very friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere as we chatted and shared some lighthearted jokes during the transaction. The food quality varies significantly, often arriving cold or with the wrong order. Delivery drivers seem to have a misunderstanding of what a "no contact" order entails, as they persistently knock on the door, despite a clear "do not knock" sign. Thankfully, there are many excellent pizza options available in town.
