I keep going in hope it got better but they are terrible and consistently terrible. The service is the worst I've seen at a fast food venue. I was standing, waiting for 5mins for someone to acknowledge that I was there! The staff out the back can be seen throwing stuff together. My choc pudding was microwaved right in front of me and came with no sauce! All in all, service is crappy, the product is mediocre at best and the dining room is always filthy. I give up. Don't go here!
I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff were helpful and polite, and my order was prepared quickly. The burgers are always delicious at Hungry Jack's. However, the major issue is the limited parking space. The parking lot is shared between Oporto and Hungry Jack's, so finding a spot can be difficult. If you're planning to dine in after parking your car, it may not be possible due to the lack of parking.
This restuarant has a fabulous view and is right on the lake with good parking. Unfortunately they once had marvellous thin chips that everyone raved about but now the chips are thick like most places and are very unappetising. It is the franchise's fault not the fault of the restuarant. I for one voted with my feet and went back to Maccas for their thin chips.
For a little treat with the kids the soft serve is still available though not shown on any in store menu. Iced coffee was good but only after requesting them to add some caramel syrup as no sweetener was added when made. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Been here 2 or 3 times over the last 6 months. It's a fast food burger place. Orders are taken and filled slower than if you drive thru, but either way you get your food.
The food here is a lot better than McDonald's, although the coffee isn't the best. I appreciate that they offer vegetarian and vegan choices, which are quite good.
It is a usual fast food restaurant but you can enjoy seeing the Ginninderra Lake through windows or sitting outside. Free wifi is possible for 30 min.

Went with the family and got the Bacon Deluxe. The food was the same as any other Hungry Jacks, no complaints.
