Hadn’t had a HJs for years. Used to love HJs way better than Maccas. Friday night, 9PM. Closest one was Brighton Rd, Brighton South Australia.Ordered bacon burger deluxe meal. $14. Burger, chips and a drink. Burger was small. Unwrapped it and it looked really unappetising. This is not what they used to look like. Bit into it and it was near cold. The chips were soft, flaccid and cold. Only plus was the drink was cold. Will be going to a gourmet burger place next time.
Since visiting the HJ's in Brighton, I can't bring myself to go to any other location. They must have some secret ingredient in their burgers because no one does a Whopper better than this HJ's. The Whoppers here are so good they give me a rush! I even drive half an hour just to get my HJ's from this place. I love it!
I had some delicious food here, and it was excellent for a quick service option. The Oreo storm was fantastic! However, I believe the customer service could be improved. Overall, it was a good experience.
