I pre-ordered a fish supper with a side of chips. When I arrived home and opened the box, I found that the fish was thin and had more batter than actual fish. The chips were also lukewarm. I was so disappointed that I considered returning to the restaurant, but decided against it. In the future, I will be going to Fochabers for my fish and chips, as they always serve a perfect meal there.
You just Cannae beat a fish supper or jumbo sausage supper from the Huntly Chipper! Always super tasty, fine crispy batter and the facilities are super clean. Their new app is amazing you can pre order and choose a good collection time and they have it ready and waiting for you. Just first class all round!
Unbelievable that this dish was allowed to be served it was if it was cremated! Batter and content hard and brittle and could have been left under a heater since the previous day. I suppose the thought is once some mug leaves with it that’s the problem gone!

Was a brilliant caring employer .I worked in 1977 for him .he had two sons one daughter .when he retired I kept cleaning for his son Richard and Mr Rowley .I was Brenda Mccartie lived bogforth on the glass road .
Everything is cooked fresh at this restaurant. The chips are nice, the battered haddock is lovely, and it comes with a wee lemon slice which is perfect. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.
Good sized portions, well cooked, nice and hot and very tasty. We had a bit of a wait though, but that's our fault for going on a Friday as chippies are always busiest then! But it was worth it.

The food was cold and tasteless, my order was wrong. The older staff are rude and very impatient with the customers. This place is an utter joke
