Really good food, but we waited 20 minutes for a table when the place wasn't crowded at all. The hostess told us when we walked in there would not be a wait time for a table, so I'm not sure why it took so long. We ordered the nachos wings with a hot garlic. Both were good, but nothing exceptional. Our bill was $42 which included our sodas. Service was average. They do have a nice outside dining area, which sits on the lake.
They were very busy and supported, but the staff was exceptionally attentive to us while waiting for our table. Strawberry daiquiri Pina colada were very good. We ordered lunch, including, Mahi mahi, Chicken Nachos, Macdaddy Burger, maple bacon Burger wing. Everything was excellent. Portions, taste staff!!! Beautiful tiki bar and table area overlooking the water dock area.
We had a great time there, the service was awesome. The waitresses Becka from Saturday night, and our waitress last night, so sorry I can’t remember her name, but she was cute every time she would wait on us , she would say can I get the family something. To her we were the family. By the way the food was great. We will stop here when ever we are in Tavares again
This restaurant is a fantastic spot for dining, especially for large groups, as there's plenty of space available. The service was excellent; with our large party, all orders were accurate, and our drinks were always refilled. The atmosphere is lovely, situated right by the water. My husband, who is quite particular about haddock, thoroughly enjoyed the beer-battered fish, and the generous portion didn’t disappoint. I opted for the firecracker shrimp taco, bursting with flavor, and was especially fond of the ginger-based dressing on the slaw.
The food was good. Their guacamole and salsa was bland but it tasted fresh as well. The only bad thing I have to say is the lava cake didn't come with ice-cream, just some whip cream in the middle. Not worth the price if you ask me. Other than that, leftsatisfied.
Had the middle rare Sirloin, crushed with some frits in sauce and bacon. I don't like sauce on my steak as it covers the taste of meat, BUT, this sauce works! Best Sirloin I've ever had, and the Pommes were great too. This is my new meeting place. Love it!
I overly love the atmosphere and our waiter was so nice and friendly! When I order wings it’s a must to have the sauce wet and the waiter made sure of that the wings and coconut shrimp were very delicious Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The Perfect Storm definitely lived up to its name! Everything was flawless and absolutely delicious!
