We went at lunch and they weren't busy and it took so long to get my food i was in the process of getting a refund when she said it was almost ready. I told to make it to go as my lunch hour was about up. The burger was bad and by then the chili fries were cold and gross. All three of us were so upset we won't be back. Based on a previous review, I decided to add chili to my burger along with mustard, pickles, and all the grilled vegetable options, and the chili was fantastic! You can even dip your fries in it. We were looking for a good burger place, and we certainly found one! First the staff was so nice and very attentive. They offered their opinions and helped us decide what we wanted. They offered to let us try their pimento cheese to see if we might like their pimento cheese burger (which we will definitely get next time! . They cooked everything to order and brought us our food promptly. Second the food! Best we've had in a long time. The fries and fried pickles were great sides. The cheese steak hit the spot. Great food, Great Prices, Great service! I had the Andy 's Combo, which was plenty of food for the price. My wife had the Andy 's Bacon Cheeseburger, but she said the regular size would have probably filled her because, again, it was plenty of food. We both loved all the options you get for toppings on your burger. Their custard (we had the concrete was fantastic as well. I highly recommend it! Note: We got there at 11:30 and found the place mostly empty, but when we left, around 12:25, they were running short on tables, so watch out for the lunch crowd.

Two words: Chili Cheeseburger. I visited Hwy 55 for the first time today, and I thoroughly enjoyed their chili, which is complimentary with your burger. I ordered a cheeseburger topped with American cheese and cucumbers, along with a side of chili and mustard. It was a fantastic choice! The Chili Cheeseburger was outstanding! I paired it with fries and a drink for just $7. You get a delicious, fresh burger and great service (at least in my experience) for a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be returning!
I found the food to be decent for the price. The 'regular' burger is quite small. Thanks to the reviews, I had realistic expectations going in. It feels like a less successful version of Johnny Rockets. However, the custard is amazing! I can't stop thinking about when I can go back for more.
Love the flavor and taste of these burgers. Service is great and can sit outside when weather permits. Sides like fries and onion rings are crispy and delicious. I personally like the 50's and 60's music and decor. Usually wait times are minimal....for tables and food.
Awesome classic burger joint. Staff was excellent. Shake was amazing. First time in and my server bren knew exactly what I needed before I even had a chance to order. Solid place for a meal out. Would recommend without hesitation.

Easy. I liked the burgers because they don't try to dress it as some places do where they are so big, you can't even fit them in your mouth. Good portion sizes and good service. Cheap.
