We dined on the first evening after having booked in this restaurant with a very friendly atmosphere and welcome. We were very well received by a waitress who pampered us all evening and who spoke French. The dishes are delicious: burger for the first evening. We went back the next day, without having booked, since Google wouldn't allow it. We had the same welcome and the same service. Again, delicious meal: homemade gnocchi and bagel. We feasted. Icing on the cake: the homemade ice cream, not photographed too quickly eaten special mention for the chocolate ice cream, wonderful. Thank you for everything I highly recommend!
Wow!!! Absolute Entdeckung!! Sterneküche in entspannter Atmosphäre. Man kann in vielen hochdekorierten Restaurants rund um den Vierwaldstättersee essen. Das HYG hat etwas, das die anderen nicht haben. Eine unglaublich einladende Atmosphäre mit freundlichem Service, Spitzenweinen, herzlichen Gastgebern und exzellenter Küche. Das Restaurant und die Terrasse sind super gemütlich, und die Menschen, die hier arbeiten, machen dieses Restaurant zu einem absoluten Muss! So sollte Gastronomie sein!! Bravo!! Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch!!
More unique than rare experience, the welcome and professionalism of the staff make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the front door. A welcoming and modern environment that recalls the nature that surrounds the city. The dishes on the menu represent an explosion of perfectly balanced flavors without forgetting the attention to detail. Fresh and high quality products. Would I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY YES!
