We had a fantastic experience dining at Hy’s in Whistler for our final dinner of the vacation. The French Onion soup was so delicious that we had to order a second bowl, and the cheesy bread was a hit with everyone at the table. The steaks and meat were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The service was attentive without being overbearing. We will definitely be returning to Hy’s in the future.
Excellent service! Everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend the decadent ooey gooey cauliflower. Only negative was that our server asked if we'd like the cheese bread we said yes thinking it was complimentary but were charged $14 for it.
The whole was incredible. From the girl who made the Caesar salad at table to the food and drinks. Jason our server was awesome. The banana fosters was a huge hit. Next time in Whistler will be back

Great service, nice atmosphere, but my steak was undercooked. At such a high priced restaurant you expect their feature item to be perfect consistently.
For our 8th anniversary the atmosphere was amazing and had such a beautiful meal and service was outstanding we will definately be back.
