Beaucoup de plaisir encore cette saison de diner à I Salti. Carine garde son beau sourire et un accueil charmant et très professionnel, le service est magnifiquement effectuée par une jeune femme très sympathique et attentionnée. Quant à la cuisine :des plats gastronomiques savoureux et bien présentés. Ce restaurant reste pour moi la meilleure table de la région... et j'y retourne avec joie prochainement

What a surprise for this restaurant lost in the back of the island distracted dishes and desserts are divine the chef and his team master. very refined dishes invite you to come back. For us one of the best tables in our stay. In addition, the welcome is very pleasant to the boss and the waitress always very smiling and very professional. We highly recommend this table.

J’ai passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant ! La cuisine est raffinée, généreuse et pleine de saveurs. Le menu est très bien pensé, avec des produits de qualité et des associations originales qui donnent envie de tout goûter. Mention spéciale pour la carte des vins, variée et parfaitement sélectionnée, avec de très bons conseils pour les accords mets-vins.

Simply magnificent, the outdoor terrace, decorated with taste and flowery, the dishes are excellent and original, the impeccable service and the wine map is short and in harmony with the level of the kitchen. We had a good time and we were having fun. Probably the best Corsica table so far. Thanks to the team, and the boss, one thing is sure, we'll be back! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

A wonderful place where time stops. We had a wonderful time. The welcome is very warm, the staff is benevolent giving every time very fair advice. And what to say... a delight at every bite from the entrance to the dessert. Everything is delicious!!! Thank you very much for this time out of time.
