This place just reopened. Ibex has wonderful Ethiopian food. In addition, they also continue to serve Anthony’s Italian menu as well. The catfish was wonderfully prepared, with a great sauce our entire family loved. The Doro Wat(chicken stew) had a wonderful smoky and spicy taste. The family, who recently opened Ibex, are delightful. They came to ensure we were enjoying our meals multiple times, brought us a small cup of Ethiopian coffee(showing us that they roasted the beans in a pan just prior), and then gave us a sampling of their Ethiopian honey wine. The food was great, as was the entire experience, and we look forward to coming back soon. Give these amazing people a chance. Your taste...

The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 for its quality. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect crust and fresh toppings, while the Fettuccine Alfredo was creamy and flavorful. The service was impeccable; the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was also fantastic, creating a warm and inviting space to enjoy our meal. I highly recommend trying the pizza and Fettuccine Alfredo if you visit!
If I could give them 0 stars on customer service I would. They treated us terribly and no respect towards me and my friends. The lady we had was beyond rude and flat out mean I don't know how they are still in business since the place was empty anyways. If you are reading this review I would recommend going to a different restaurant since the food is mediocre at best. Food: 1
I haven't eaten here yet, but I've been inside. The decor is different, a bit bare, and the ownership is different if you're curious. Its an Ethiopian/italian american restaurant now. Just wanna let you know.
