I-cafe Express - Tisch resevieren

I had a disappointing experience at I-cafe Express. I ordered the lunch special Beef Brisket and Tendon Noodle Soup, but the soup was watered down. When I asked to speak to the manager, he never appeared and seemed to be busy with personal matters. I informed my waitress about the issue and requested the manager, but she did nothing. When I approached another waitress who spoke English, she just looked at me and walked away. At payment, I refused to leave a tip since no one apologized. I had to personally explain the situation to the manager, who offered a very insincere apology and showed no real concern. Overall, the service was poor, which overshadowed the menu options at I-cafe Express.

This was my second visit to I-cafe Express, and sadly, both times the menu items fell short on flavor. I had high hopes for this place, but the dishes just didn’t satisfy my taste buds. The baked pork chop on rice at I-cafe Express is the best in the city. The food quality is excellent, and the portions are generous. Definitely a must-try! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dining option: Dine-in Meal: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
