I haven't gone to Icicles for years now. I remember everyone loved going to rolled ice cream places when it was trendy, but I still appreciate a good rolled ice cream place when I come across one.I came here after eating dinner because I wanted something sweet. It was either boba or this, and I chose this. I wanted something cold yet not too sweet. Upon looking at the menu, there are a few things you should know. There are regular cream flavors and non-dairy options. There's also separate stands/kiosks for if you want to pay with cash or pay with card. I ended up paying with card that night. With the iPad kiosk, it allows you to choose a base first, and then add up to 5 toppings for free. You...

What a great concept, and a lot of potential to be something super great. The first issue I have with this location is how beat up it looks. There is trash on the floor, it looks dirty, and the walls look beat up. There really is no effort in the indoor decor, or making it a warm, welcoming place to be. Second, it seems understaffed... And that the two workers there are making ice cream and also taking orders at the same time... And they definitely need help in making sure they're attending to everyone... Because you do wait a while until you can order or get your ice cream. Lastly, I went for a non-dairy item, the piña colada, and it was not good. The description says it has pineapples, coco...

I've come to Icicles a number of times over the years and just can't justify the price anymore. When Icicles first opened, they were $8 with unlimited toppings, which is already steep but still justifiable given the novelty (at the time) of rolled ice cream plus the amount of labor that goes into making each one.We stopped in a few nights ago, and Icicles has now increased their prices to $12.50 each AND toppings are no longer unlimited the ordering kiosk limits you at 5 toppings. Mix ins cost additional, so you could easily order a $20 cup here. Given rolled ice cream is relatively common now and the ice cream tastes like any other, I think it's fair to say I've been priced out of Icicles.

I brought my goddaughter and her friends to this restaurant for dessert for her 13th birthday party, following dinner. They were able to easily accommodate all 18 of us. Although there was no seating available (tables were removed), there was plenty of standing space. We appreciated the option to order using their kiosk at the front door, as it made it easier to make each person's selection and track the order by name. Once we placed our order, the staff efficiently prepared each of our desserts, allowing us to quickly receive our treats and enjoy them outside. I would definitely return here again. The desserts were delicious and the customer service was excellent. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

If you haven't tried rolled ice cream before, this is a must! I'm giving five stars for the unique experience of watching them spread, roll, and cup the ice cream. They offer a variety of delicious ingredient combinations to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the ice cream was delicious. Just a heads up, my daughter broke her spoon trying to scoop it out, so grab an extra spoon just in case. The tightly rolled and cold ice cream makes it a bit tricky to scoop at first, but it's worth the effort. Enjoy your meal!

A lot of people compare this place to cold stone but I'm sorry this place is better and so are its toppings. This place makes the ice cream right in front of you, so, you get a show along with ice cream. Cold stone already has the ice cream made and maybe they mix in toppings. Icicles, they make the ice cream right in front of you. Then if you ask for it they even put on a fire show with toasted marshmallows. That's a lot of words for ice cream but I keep hearing how coldstone is just as good but nah

How the mighty have fallen. Service was ok, but their Ube Everywhere had Ube Nowhere. They really tried to pass off plain, bland, white vanilla ice cream as ube to me ... a whole Filipino me. That was an expensive cup of LIES they made us pay for.

I went to the restaurant downtown and ordered a Mai Thai and a Ferrari. They have a self-service computer screen for ordering, which can be a bit confusing to use. But, as usual, the ice cream was amazing. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Sometimes a unique take on an old classic is what you need to keep the kids on their toes and make it a more memorable outing. Anywhere that offers a pineapple flavor gets extra marks.
