You should avoid this place. It is run awkwardly, was dirty and seemed thrown together. You place your own order on a tablet, must pay with a credit card (the owner is probably paranoid about getting ripped off by employees or other) and asked to tip before you even see anyone. The ice cream is not great, there's not a lot of it and it's expensive. The girls who were running the show spent all their time gossiping with each other and barely say hello, thanks and goodbye. I won't be back.
Very bizarre way to get ice cream. First you place your order on a screen and then wait till they fill your order. It's a very slow process roll up theice cream and fill a cup. If there's customers ahead of you, you're in store for a long wait, not including the Door Dash that you don't see. Took us a half an hour to get our rolls. They were good, have to admit, but not worth the hassle.
I think we caught them at a busy time, but by the time I got my ice cream, my husband's was melting . I'd go back when they're not as busy and can focus on making sure all my toppings were added. Pleasant customer service and a large selection. Non-dairy options as well!

Worst service ever! Guy was eating the fruit and drinking soda and talking on his phone and kept disappearing in the back. Shakes were just thin milk. There were 3 in our party, each was able to finish their order before the next came out. No name tag.
Ice cream was good, but overpriced and the bathroom was the dirtiest I have ever seen. Truly a health violation. Had I seen the bathroom 1st, I would never have purchased anything.
The ice cream at this restaurant is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. It's a perfect place to stop for a quick treat, especially with the option of unlimited toppings.
