Do not go to this place!!!!! Customer service is horrible! Took my family for dinner, after taking my daughter to HomeTown Hot Pot BBQ in NYC thinking we would have some good family fun and everyone can experience what my daughter and friends experience the night before. Wrong!!!! I should have gone back to New York because this place sucks!!!! My husband and I were doing the all-you-can-eat hot pot and BBQ and the three kids were doing all-you-can-eat hot pot. They told me we would all need to do all-you-can-eat hot pot and bbq. I explain my children don’t eat meat. The food was ok. The prices are just way too high compared to their better competitors. The menu clearly says Lunch Special 14.99 , but somehow depending on who you are, they do NOT honor it. They made us pay a price that appeared to be written on masking tape in the menu. The dining experience was ok, not good not bad just ok. We got almost little to no attention while cooking our own food. The biggest issue was the when the check came. She was extremely adamant telling my husband what her tip should be. He wrote down a fair amount. He argued that was fair. As we were walking out, she changed the tip on the receipt. I wish she didn 't do that. We were planning on coming back and now we won...
This rating reflects my experience tonight at 9:15 PM when we arrived, only to be informed that they were closing at 10 PM and could only offer takeout options. However, their website indicates a closing time of 11 PM. First of all, who orders hot pot for takeout? Secondly, please update your website. I used to enjoy this restaurant before the pandemic and would have rated it 4 stars. After visiting once post-COVID, I noticed a decline in food quality, so I rated it 3 stars. After tonight’s experience, I can only give it 2 stars, as their website led me to believe they would still be open for dining until 11 PM.
I had a disappointing first experience at this hotpot restaurant. When I inquired about some items on the menu, our waiter simply said they didn’t know, and that was the end of the discussion. The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was rarely busy during our visit. Additionally, the bathrooms were quite unclean. You can't flush toilet paper, so you have to throw it in the trash can, which I find very unsanitary—especially since the trash can was overflowing with used paper when I went in. To make matters worse, many of the menu items we wanted were unavailable.

Something about this places food didn't hit the spot. I love hot pot during the winter and I went on a very cold night. I didn't dislike anything but I usually leave Hot Pot feeling statified and finishing my soup. From this place I left most of my soup and just ate noodles. I honestly don't know why it didn't work for me. The place was busy so ppl in general like it.
Hair in my broth. Wait time of 45 minutes and we still only had our broth none of our food items. Broth had sesame seeds inside which some of us are allergic to. Bad service do not recommend . They say unlimited food but they do not give you more than one serving and forget about second drinks . You’ll only get the check and nothing else in a timely manner
Their service was so slow, and food wasn’t up to par with many places I’ve tried. The lady wasn’t inclusive with any of my friends not was she social. This place is not a good place to eat, it smells and it’s unsanitary, and gets messy quick. No one knew what they were doing and it was an unprofessional business. They should get no stars. Sorry not sorry.
The restaurant has lovely party rooms that are spacious, and the sauce bar is fantastic. The food is served promptly, it's fresh, and it really hits the spot for any hot pot cravings in the Morris County area.
