After attending a rugby game at Murrayfield, we had dinner with friends at a restaurant near Haymarket station. Despite being very busy, we were promptly seated and enjoyed delicious food. The menu had a great selection, including plenty of options for vegetarians. We started with mixed appetizers and then had main courses with rice and naan bread. The service was attentive without being overbearing. The only downside was that the restaurant felt a bit cramped with limited space between tables, so those with mobility issues should contact them in advance for assistance. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this restaurant to others.
discovered for a departure of flamme last night after being underwhelmed with the rather local exits close by. we had mushroom chaat and mixed kebab to begin, followed by lamb nentara and green crimson lamb for pornstar. the mushroom chaat was something else for us and very tasty. the mixed kebabs were mixed, but nothing to write home, a bit dry and garnish. the two lamb dishes were full of taste, and the nentara was exactly what I was, sweet and sour and a great sauce to immerse the perfectly dimensioned naan. very reasonable and defo try again. hooray!
Potentially the finest curry I’ve ever eaten. and I’ve eaten A LOT of curry. Tender meat that fell apart, lovely and spicy too. So often restaurants try and cater for a British palate; not here, it was simply superb. Lovely service too. Very friendly. I dined alone and was treated with kindness and courtesy all evening. While on a weekend trip from Warrington to Edinburgh, we were in search of an Indian restaurant. We came across this place near my accommodation, and I was intrigued by the fact that they also served Bengali cuisine. It was great to see that the restaurant attracted a diverse crowd, not just Indians. The food was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner. I will definitely be visiting this place again the next time I am in Edinburgh.

Superb Indian, the chefs are masters of their trade. I saw some plaques on the wall where they’ve consistently won Indian of the year. Prices are reasonable and the staff and service was very good.
One of the best Indians I've ever eaten at. We've used it for 3 Christmas nights out and numerous working lunches. Their lunch special is great value for money.
My favourite Indian. One of the best chefs and good service, also a great ceylon on the lunch special. Just watch out for the price of the large kingfishers!
Great service, reasonable price and portion; great flavor profile. Kebab and nan are delicious. Clean dining areas and restrooms.
