Update 4/2022. Waitress Maria is awesome!!! I wish all the restaurants in town had someone like her serving. 2 of the dishes we ordered were sold out, but Maria was sincerely apologetic and offered similar substitutions right away. Her energy and attitude is pleasant and makes all the difference when the menu goes wrong. Thank you for your kind and personal service, Maria. Go for happy hour, 2 to 10pm daily. You might be in for a price shock if you?re coming here from the mainland US. You?ll get the same decor and food, but the prices are about 3 times more. Not a place for a family on a budget. But I have to say that the staff are super friendly and very nice. This particular restaurant is located in the Prince Kuhio Plaza. And there are lots of free parking surrounding the plaza.
This is the best IHOP I've ever visited! Observing the staff and servers move about felt like watching a perfectly choreographed performance. Everyone was doing their part to ensure everything ran smoothly. The kitchen must have been just as efficient because our food arrived quickly and tasted fantastic. It's impressive for a fast-casual restaurant. Bravo to the entire team!
I have to say, the most noticeable thing for me is service. We are greeted promptly and never neglected. Which you might imagine is a bit of a challenge these days. I am a creature of habit so I don't like expermenting, trying out new things so much. I keep going to the same restaurants and order the same dish over and over again. So yes, we'll be back! Clean and quick, friendly service. We had a group of 16 people, I was really nervous for the waitress, but she did an amazing service! We delivered all orders correctly and to the right person. The food was delicious, the Keikis enjoyed their Minion theme breakfast and we have a new favorite shake, it is the Banana na na na na na na na Shake, lol.
Great place to eat and the stuff was super friendly. Especially the store manager. She came to our table because it was obvious that we were tourists and we had a nice conversation that really made our day. She even offered our refill drinks to take away
They were able to accommodate our large group with a table on Sunday morning. The waitress was very kind. Everything was fantastic, especially the omelet and the fluffy pancakes. The service was also quite quick.

Going for breakfast on Father's Day, it was totally packed! Even in 2022 when everyplace is short staffed, they still were able to serve us promptly and never made us feel rushed or neglected.
