You really have to watch everything they do here especially your bill. First off they add extra items to your bill, the young lady with the blondish hair charged me for 3 coffees when we only ordered one coffee, maybe because it was 3 at the table of us but only one of of us drank coffee, idk. Anyhow she corrected the bill but have me change back assuming I'm tipping her $5 I also gave her an additional $3 I didn't count the change although I should have; so also count your change when you pay cash cause they like to tip themselves with your change.
The food at this restaurant was delicious with generous portions. However, my rating is slightly lower due to the initial greeting of "How many?" instead of a more welcoming response after I said "Good morning." The service improved as the meal went on and my frustration lessened. If the greeting experience is improved, a rating of 4 stars or higher would be deserved.
I and my wife were at dinner on 16 november 2022 when we did not come in to sit 10 minutes later and it was not busy, the server was nice, but other guests came in it took a long time to serve the gast 10 minutes again there was a few that was behind us not service yet, but they sat before us after about 20 minutes waiting they would get sorry for them
They don’t answer the phones. They will answer and quickly hang up if you try to call for longer period of time or a 2nd time. Sad. I can never get food with the app because some of the items don’t show and you can’t call so it can be ready. Staff needs replacing.

I will never eat there again. The food was not made well. And the service was not very good at all. Negative 2 stars for me and that's being nice. That place has not been good and is not anything like any I.H.O.P. I have ever eaten at.
eating was not good, server never checked for us, had to ask another server to wait for them to get 40 minutes waiting for the check. I wouldn't waste her time or money because 2 commanded over $50. food: 1/5
The meal at IHOP was standard fare, the service was decent - although it may have been due to the high volume of customers and the staff appearing a bit overwhelmed. I don't blame the server for it!
I shouldn't have to seek out the server after waiting 20 minutes with no one even taking my drink order. I decided to leave and will be spending my money at a different restaurant.

This I hop was clean, friendly Waitstaff, although my order wasn’t complete (left out my bacon) it was ok. Took a while to be seated I still will visit again.
space is a little small. the service was good. eating was excellent. food: 5/5
