This restaurant is truly outstanding. The service is exceptional, and the staff are remarkably patient. Delilah, in particular, was incredibly accommodating, even when a plate accidentally broke. She maintained a positive attitude throughout, even when we bumped into her by mistake. Her kindness was evident, and she never once seemed annoyed, despite our many questions. We arrived with a group of over 30 people, and she managed to take care of all of us effortlessly. Remarkably, she remembered everyone’s orders, despite the size of our group! She definitely deserves a raise! We will certainly return to this IHOP on our next visit.
This morning, the restaurant was short-staffed, which led to a bit of a wait before we were seated. I noticed that three DoorDash drivers were also waiting quite a while to pick up their orders. On the positive side, the food was tasty, though the coffee was just okay. Freshness and flavor are important to me when it comes to coffee. However, our server was fantastic, frequently checking in with us and refilling our coffee.
Honestly, don’t bother wasting your time here. The staff only show up to take your order and bring your food, then disappear. If you need anything else, you have to get up and find it yourself. For example, I had to check three tables just to find a clean salt shaker. Every table’s ketchup was empty. On top of that, the coffee was barely warm, almost cold, and the food was lukewarm.
The restaurant was almost empty and looked closed from the outside. However, the waitress greeted us promptly, seated us quickly, and took our drink order right away. Our food arrived swiftly as well. I should note that since the place was nearly empty, with only two other tables occupied by two people each, I’m not sure how the experience would be if the restaurant were busier.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The manager was very accommodating to our large group and kept us informed during our wait. Our waitress, Lily, was outstanding—she was polite, professional, and attentive to all our needs. The food was delicious and exactly how we ordered it. I highly recommend this place to anyone, so don’t hesitate to visit!
I visited this restaurant last week around 11 PM, and I’m puzzled by its single-star ratings. I really enjoyed the service here. Although there seemed to be fewer staff members, they were all incredibly friendly. The food was good as expected, and I absolutely loved the tres leches pancakes — they were delicious! I would definitely love to come back again.
I waited almost 10 minutes after entering before anyone acknowledged me. Then, a girl with light skin from the morning shift approached me with a terrible attitude, instructing me to inform Uber that she wouldn't be taking any more orders for Uber Eats or DoorDash that night because she was tired. What a disappointing experience for customer service!
This is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at any time of the day. The back room can be booked for family gatherings or other special events with prior notice. Everything we tried was delicious and freshly made. The service was outstanding, and we appreciate Rose for her exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be back!

At IHOP, we were seated promptly, and our waitress was very friendly. The food arrived hot and tasted excellent. The table and silverware were spotless, and the restaurant was well-maintained. We definitely plan to return. Additionally, some staff members were following COVID guidelines. The menu offered a great selection to choose from.
