After ordering, the food we received was subpar. My husband’s eggs were burnt on the bottom, and the bacon was overly tough, resembling a beef jerky texture. The buttermilk pancakes were a bit on the cool side but tasted decent otherwise. Our waitress rarely checked on us or offered refills; we ran out of Pepsi and had to wait. When the check arrived, we presented a gift card along with a $5 discount coupon. To our surprise, the waitress returned to our table with our receipt and the $5 coupon, stating that she didn’t know what it was, so she hadn’t applied it. We took the opportunity to clarify that it was a voucher we hoped to use alongside the gift card. She acknowledged her mistake but...
Where do I start? This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I ordered a Diet Coke with lemon, which came mostly empty, with a brown lemon slice, and the soda was completely flat—something I wish I had known ahead of time. My wife chose breakfast for dinner, and I went with the T-bone dinner, which was supposed to come with broccoli and potatoes. I also asked for a side salad with French dressing. When our food arrived, I got French fries instead of the promised broccoli and potatoes, and my salad was little more than a bowl of shredded cheese with hardly any greens. When I asked why my sides had been swapped, the waiter said that ordering a salad meant I would get fries ins...
Really not good. I had the build your own omelette with hash browns. The hash browns tasted like they'd been stuck in the back of a freezer since before covid. They were hard as a rock and for some reason also added to my omelette??? The cheesewas disgustingly laid on top of said omelette and the whole thing was just plain old disappointing. I was really hoping abig name like hop with its higher prices would deliver more than the local diners. I will definitely never make that mistakeagain. I hope other's experiences are much better. Gross. Also now seeing everyone else?s reviews? Clearly this is more of arule than an exception. Time to make some changes in management I think.
I got in the restaurant with my father and waited about five minutes for somebody to come seat us. Then we got seated next to glass they were cleaning off the floor. We then proceeded to wait patiently for a half hour for a waitress to come ask if we hadbeen helped yet.....The same waitress that was waiting on everyone else in that section and she then said let me go get yourwaiter. Then another waitress come over to the people that had just sat down a couple tables away from us not even 30 secondsbefore and starts their order. IHOP offers good food at very reasonable prices. Their menu includes gluten-free options such as pancakes and waffles. On my first visit, I was told they offer almond milk as a non-dairy option, but they were out at the time. During my second visit, I was informed they no longer have any non-dairy milk available. IHOP is open seven days a week with ample parking, and they provide takeout and delivery services. Please note, this location is not open 24 hours and closes each night at 8 PM.

I visited from Baltimore and decided to grab a quick bite before attending worship. The staff was friendly, but the utensils were dirty, and we had to request boiling water to soak them. The overall cleanliness was concerning, as shown in the picture. Please pay attention to cleaning the area. Other than that, the service was decent, and the food was about what I expected. However, the pancakes were a bit thick and dry.
Our waitress, Nancy, is the only good thing in this place. Temperature inside was 80, I was allowed to wait for 5 minutes in their closed waiting room before I was told I needed a mask to walk 12 steps to my table, wife's food was short and what she did get was overcooked. The food was quite good and arrived at our table within 10 minutes. Both the restrooms and the restaurant were clean. It’s an excellent spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.
