We wrapped up our Christmas holiday and discovered this IHOP, and we are so glad we did. The food was fantastic, and even after a minor mix-up with our order, both our server and the manager came out to apologize. Our host, Miss Iyesha, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, along with her teammates, who provided us with a first-class customer service experience. A big thank you to Chef Deon and Miss Brianna for exemplifying excellent customer service and delicious food. The manager should take pride in his outstanding staff!
We arrived at 11:00 and received friendly service along with delicious food. I was truly impressed by the flavors and quality of the dishes. I hadn’t been to IHOP in many years, but I noticed they have simplified their menu and adopted a more diner-style atmosphere. It turned out to be the perfect spot for a late-night meal.
Going to a vacation is the worse thing you're overcrowding. And if you remove your order, it will be grounded. Now that holidays like mothers are a mess anyway. When I came back on a random Tuesday. The service was excellent, the food was nice and hot. Everything looked clean and organized. My job was exactly what I wanted.
The taste of what we were able to eat was great. The eggs had to be reheated as they were cold. We only got 3 pieces of French toast. The sausage was completely dry and way overcooked and we asked for extra crispy hashbrowns but we got dry and way over crispy hashbrowns that were so hard you had trouble chewing them. The food was delicious, satisfying, and generous in portion. We plan to return on March 1, 2022, for Pancake Day at the start of the Lenten season. If you visit, I hope your waitress is Chrissy; she was extremely professional and polite, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The food was disappointing. I only managed to eat one of my platters, and I didn't receive the sauces I requested. Instead, I got poorly shredded pieces of chicken tenders. The pancakes that came with my platter were burnt beyond recognition.
The omelette was cooked to perfection—truly the best in the business! Thank you, IHOP! The driver also did an excellent job delivering it to my hotel while I was traveling.
