On Saturday morning, we went to have breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find that there was not much of a wait for a table. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and prepared exactly as we requested. The restaurant has a wheelchair accessible entrance, restroom, and plenty of parking spaces.
The restaurant is dirty and needs to be cleaned more thoroughly and frequently. Last week, we went for breakfast, and they brought us syrup that had been used twice before. On the third use, a baby cockroach crawled out of the handle. We will not be returning.
Awesome place for breakfast! I brought some friends here and we got the common classics. Let me say when I bite into the food It's very sweet and delicious! You better come here!

Our group of six was seated within approximately 5 minutes of arriving. Our waitress was friendly and the food was cooked perfectly and delicious.
Food is good. That's about the only compliment I can give. Unattentive wait staff. Cramped seating. Ceiling water stains. They can be better.
I used to frequent IHOP for years, but not anymore. However, most IHOPs offer good food and service. We prefer to support local businesses.
