I ordered through grubhub, and the guy at the restaurant called me and said they didn 't have an item I wanted, and told me I should contact grubhub, and I asked him if he could switch something out for the original item (that was only a $1 difference), because it was a hassle to talk with the automated chat service that grubhub has. He fell silent for about 20 seconds, and then his whole attitude changed, and he said I GUESS I could do it for you as if it was such an inconvenience to help me out. If you didn 't want to, or weren 't allowed to.. that 's fine.. say no. I won 't be offended. Disappointed? Yeah. But it would have been whatever. I work in customer service too, and it 's never ok...
We ordered online to pick up food on Thanksgiving Day. Unfortunately due to the holiday they were understaffed and had a plethora of online orders plus they were busy with dine in customers, so our food wasn't ready until 35 minutes after our originally scheduled pick up time! But they were courteous and offered us drinks while we waited and once we got the food to our final destination and ate it, the turkey dinners were delicious! So worth the wait! I would highly recommend the IHOP on Soledad Cyn in Canyon Country anytime!
My husband and I had a very inappropriate experience with a host at this restaurant twice. She completely ignored our request to be seated in a more comfortable section. As Asians, we felt as though we were not being treated with the same level of respect and comfort as other races. It was truly unbelievable.
This restaurant is busier than the Denny's across the street, but it's worth the wait. They handle crowds very efficiently. One of my favorite things about this place is that they are willing to accommodate substitutions. I always prefer bacon over ham and there is never an issue with my requests.

This IHOP is a bit dated, but it is well-maintained and welcoming. I would definitely suggest checking it out. The food was delicious and the service was decent. It is also conveniently located and easy to find.
It was a Holiday and of course very busy. We called the order in and it was ready upon arrival. I requested additional items for my to go order and they were very accommodating. I like this IHop.
Best place to eat at customer service is great appreciate all the food and all the helpful service thank you very much
