A friend and I visited this special IHOP on a Friday night. That was my first time. The waitress we had was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. Somehow there was an older, Hispanic waitress who spoke with her staff inextricably, but it was nothing of our business. A group of young men came in, torn. Of course the waiters noticed. I had it on my heart to pay for the detergent because it just seemed like doing the right thing until my friend mentioned the older waitress above “they people” with a collective, racial undertone. Walked in a 24/7 IHOP at 2am(I get it-2am)Worst IHOP I have ever seen though. Manager refused to seat our group of 8 people. Claiming their waitresses and cooks couldn't handle the capacity of a group of more than 5 and that this was their policy. Then we asked if 3 of our group left couldn they seat us and they said it would be a 30 min wait when they had multiple tables open. My friend couldn't wait to take us there so we could eat at his favorite place as a treat and I have never felt so disrespected in my life.the lady was rude and wasn't trying to assist in any way.
It’s ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE TO HAVE TO WAIT THIS LONG FOR 2 pancakes. One Cook. One waitress it takes a hour to get a 2x2x2 lord. And then the lady had no hairnet. Cook had no hairnet. Waitress hair pink. Wig hair every where. Had no regards for our wait or our time. It was absolutely horrible. I didn’t even see management or no one to come say anything to me at all. The lady just said She had to go orders
I was very disappointed at the menu. They got rid of the chicken florentine crepes and they don't serve biscuits at all! The service was very good and I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken fried steak (the gravy was excellent! , hashbrowns, pancakes, and fresh orange juice so the visit was not a complete disappointment. I wish they would bring back those crepes!

Ordered the strawberry and creamer crepes through door dash. Didn’t receive any strawberries or cream. Only one crepe instead of two. also ordered a side of strawberry syrup and only got regular. tried calling to ask for assistance and nobody answered the phone. if you’re not busy making orders correct.. is there a reason nobody can answer the phone ?
The food was great and service was fast. Leaving 2 stars because I paid with my debit card, but a few days later I got an additional transaction for a small amount that I’m guessing would be used as a tip. Not sure why when I left a cash tip! If I return, will probably pay only cash from now on because that’s odd.
I showed up at 10 before 7:00 a.m., because the staff on the floor was thin. The food was good and hot and looked good. Pity there are no more carafes for coffee thanks to someone sued for burns grrr. The staff was friendly and attentive. Food: 5/5
The food was good but the staff took to long me and my family waited more than a hour waiting on our waiter to ask for a to go box and a water! And just to find out the waiter was on a phone call? And got a hair on my food that is just nasty

Awesome experience. Our waitress was very attentive and thoughtful. Taia went out of her way to split my wife's meal to share with my daughter. Great service like this deserves 5 ?. Thank you.
Excellent food, excellent service. Great location in heart of the Arlington Entertainment District.
