here at 10:45 a.m. we didn't get rid of it until 12:10 absolutely ridiculously unprofessional and that was cold when it came out and my pancakes weren't even cooked completely! they had a lot of personal so it was not due to the fact that due to the administration it did not work their employees! the workers eat on the back where they cook, put their hands in mouth and then serve people without hands! To be honest, this is the worse restaurant that I was in a very long time! much too overpriced for the quality of the food that they get! the manager or the district manager at this place needs a wake up call!
Our food was COLD and even had to send our toast back it was HARD AS A ROCK!!! Manager offer nothing but excuses ?!!! Could have at least offered a discount of some sort??? Also while waiting for our food we could see in the back, the employees were putting on sunglasses and dancing around. So there's no telling how LONG OUR FOOD SAT READY BEFORE IT WAS BROUGHT TO OUR TABLE??? NOT HAPPY!!!
we have gone three different times to different times of the day and each time ended before we sat. the last time was this past weekend. 30 minutes before someone took our name. two other parties that were there before we left before we did. I thought this was due to the fact that no workers have during the covid, but they still have no service. never again.
it had been noticed forever, even having noticed to sit down. our server clearly didn't want to be there. the dings were simply put into the table without asking who they went. bill was separated for all five people she never asked if we needed it. only a complete lack of interest in providing service. very disappointing.

As with many other locations, short on staff, longer than normal wait times when not busy at the time and somehow the omelet came out cold and the easiest thing to make.. pancakes took the longest to get? This location still rates higher than most IHOPS I have been to. Good all in all still came out tasting well.
Food was delicious and service was top notch. The gentleman who waited on us was named Julian and he was very courteous and attentive. He was quick to fill our drink order and our food followed shortly after. The food was excellent and very fresh tasting. Overall a very pleasant experience and we will go back.
Food so cold the butter on my waffle wouldn't even melt. My wife's food was cold too. I have 3 girls. 2 or which are younger. I believe we were set off in a secluded section on purpose to not annoy anyone else, and essentially was forgotten about.
all my family eating was cold, my little sister burger wasn't even cooked properly, it was still raw in the middle. the service was good. that just wants to eat so good or worth it.

They was short handed but the employees that they had was great at their jobs. The food was delicious and made to order. The coffee was fresh and never ran out. A great place to eat
